Payment

Vasta Selezione accepts VISA, Mastercard and Maestro. When payment is charged, we have shipped your ordered products. All prices are listed in EURO (€) and are VAT inclusive. Vasta Selezione uses PensoPay as payment gateway and acquirer and their security measures.

Delivery

Orders, which have been made on a weekday, will be shipped on the same day or the day after depending on the time of the order. If you order on a Friday, your parcel may be shipped on the next Monday. The parcel is delivered in 1-3 days nationally (Denmark) and internationally (Europe and third-countries) up to 7 days. Delivery time may vary from parcel distributor to parcel distributor and the above-mentioned day range of delivery may differ. We try in best possible matters to comply with fast delivery.

We ship with the parcel destributor which is best suited for the delivery.

Returns

As a customer, you have 14 days right of return whereby shipping costs are held by you as a customer, unless otherwise is stated.

If you have to return a product in case that you use your right of return, you should return it to following location and applied with the text: “RETURN”:

We do not receive parcels which are not delivered directly or parcels on-demand! We refund funds if the conditions for the right of cancellation are met.

Warranty

The warranty period is 2 years and applies in accordance with the purchase act. The product has or the products have to be in the delivery’s original packaging or other protected packaging. Complaints are only justified if there are any manufacturing defects. Complaints are not justified if there are any kind of damage or errors which are caused by the consumer (‘you as customer’). According to national Purchase Act, natural wear and tear on the product is not covered by the right of complaint.

If you have to return a product in case that you use the warranty right, you should return it to following location and applied with the text: “WARRANTY”:

We do not receive parcels which are not delivered directly or parcels on-demand! We incur return costs if the warranty is justified. We reserve the right to refuse extra shipping costs which are above standard shipping costs for the respective country in which the product has/products have been shipped to. This means that disproportionate freight costs that go beyond standard freight costs for the supplier or suppliers offering the lowest freight cost will not be accepted.

Unmentioned terms

All information, we have about you, are accessible for you as required by law. If wanted, you can ask us to delete and edit information about you.

You can use your right by sending an email to:

In addition to this, we use your information to create agreements for instance if you place an order and/or to secure legal business operation. Your information can possibly be transferred to third countries besides Europe if required by law.
